Thatcher’s Hotel is a Tudor-style country house situated in East Horsley, between Guildford and Leatherhead and just under an hour from London. With traditional surroundings, comfortable rooms and landscaped gardens, this is lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the neighbouring countryside and attractions.
The 87 individually designed bedrooms retain many of the original features of the house and range in size from standard doubles to larger executive doubles, family rooms and suites. Most rooms enjoy views over the lovely gardens. The suite boasts a traditional four-poster bed for an extra touch of romance, and interconnecting rooms are perfect for families or groups travelling together.
Thatcher’s Restaurant features stunning exposed oak beams and a fireplace from the original house. The menu offers traditional English and internationally inspired dishes, including delicious desserts and a selection of fine wines from around the world. The Club Bar is a cosy spot to sample your favourite tipple, including some of the locally produced wines and ales.
