Best Loved winners at the AA Hospitality Awards 2010/11

The AA Hospitality Awards are one of the major events in the travel industry’s calendar. The AA selects winners “in recognition of excellence and success within their chosen category, having shown a significant improvement in the preceding 12 to 18 months and proving their dedication to raising industry standards and enhancing both their guest and diner experiences.”

The awards were announced on 27 September, and we are very pleased, though by no means surprised, to find several Best Loved hotels represented among this year’s elect. And the winners are…

AA Hotel of the Year, Scotland: Boath House, Nairn, Highlands

AA Restaurant of the Year, Scotland: The Peat Inn, Fife

AA Hotel of the Year, Wales: The Imperial Hotel, Llandudno

AA Guest Accommodation of the Year, Wales: The Grove, Pembrokeshire

AA Eco Hotel Group of the Year: Elite Hotels – Ashdown Park and The Grand Hotel, Eastbourne (both in East Sussex), Tylney Hall (Hampshire) and Luton Hoo (Bedfordshire) This is the inaugural year for this award, which recognises a commitment to environmental sustainability and reducing the impact of travel on the environment.

Congratulations to this year’s AA Hotels Award winners.
