I needed no better reminder of this than at the recent Two Stars in One Dinner I attended at Lords of the Manor in the Cotswolds. Here was an abolutely world-class seven course tasting menu jointly prepared by two Michelin Star-winning Chefs, Matt Weedon from Lords of the Manor and Steve Smith from The Devonshire Arms, Yorkshire.
