Easy to Use

Redeeming a Best Loved voucher couldn’t be easier. It can be used for both accommodation and food and drink. Just let us know by telephone or email where you want to stay or dine and we will make the reservation for you. Then, present the voucher at the end of your stay and the full amount will be deducted from your final bill. You can use it in conjunction with special offers on the Best Loved site, so you get double the value! Best of all, there are never any booking fees, service charges or any other fees associated with Best Loved.

Amounts

There is a £50 minimum. After £100, you can add money in £1 increments, so you can tailor the amount of your gift just as you please.

The fine print

Best Loved vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for a period of 12 months at any participating Best Loved hotel. There is no cash refund or change given, so make sure you use the full amount when you stay. When we receive your order, we will confirm receipt, and you should receive them by first class post within three days.
