The Moorland Garden Hotel, formerly the Moorland Links Hotel, is situated in nine acres of scenic and peaceful grounds on the south western edge of Dartmoor National Park. With Dartmoor on the doorstep, the Devon coast a stone's throw away and the maritime city of Plymouth less than 20 minutes by car, it is an ideal place for a truly relaxing escape.

Moorland Garden is one of the few hotels that successfully manages to be all things to all people - they have excellent conference facilities and their stunning Crystal Room, with sparkling chandeliers, provides a superb setting for a wedding. The bedrooms have been appointed to a very high standard and are wonderfully contemporary in style with vibrant colours, bold statement wall papers and sleek furnishings. Most have views of the garden, meadow or moor and some have balconies. There is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

The Wildflower Restaurant serves locally sourced Devonshire fare and has great views of the beautiful gardens and wild moor beyond. Head Chef Bruce Cole sources the best local ingredients and puts his own twist on classic dishes such as Chef’s Shepherd’s Pie with reconstructed braised Dartmoor lamb, and trifle with hand-made sponge rolled in strawberry jam topped with summer fruits. There's also an inviting bar and a lovely garden terrace where you can enjoy a delicious afternoon tea.
