The Milsom family, of Le Talbooth and Maison Talbooth fame, are setting trends again with their fresh hospitality concept at Kesgrave Hall, drawing on their vast expertise to create the country house hotel of the future. Set in 38 acres of park and woodland, Kesgrave's ceilings are high and the spacious rooms are open and bright. Minimalistic interiors are styled with highly contemporary furnishings and bold daring fabrics.

The bedrooms could grace the pages of the most aspirational interior design magazines and you'll find crisp linen, free standing bath tubs, walk-in showers, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. To add to the excitement an open-plan kitchen is housed within the vast dining room. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served anytime throughout the day which illustrates just how laid back things are around here. But there's nothing laid back about the service which is super slick. The menu is extensive, inventive and generous and acts as a showcase for the very best of local produce. Suffolk pork, Suffolk smoked eel and local 'winter warmer' Cumberland sausage feature alongside sophisticated European flavours. The Milsoms have done it again - exceeding all expectations.
