Each of the 51 bedrooms is a perfect blend of Victorian splendour and modern comfort. The Captain Suites and four-poster junior suites enjoy breathtaking sea and garden views. At the table, chef Karl Higginson uses fresh local produce, including fish and Wicklow lamb flavoured with herbs from Tinakilly's own gardens. Karl's creations are also complemented by an award-winning wine cellar. Brown bread is baked daily, which is especially delicious with the locally-smoked Irish salmon.
