premises; Mike learnt his craft over ten years in two- and three-star Michelin restaurants in France and Britain, and his personal style of cuisine is based on the best local produce available, most of it organically grown. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet, and a spacious conservatory is connected to the accommodation and overlooks manicured gardens. Guests can also find a little peace in the Catalina whirlpool spa and Jacuzzi or the hotel's sauna, which are open year-round. With such relaxing facilities, the Three Lions is a place where you can come and go as you please without the formality of a hotel.
The Three Lions is ideally situated for exploring the New Forest, and the inviting sandy beaches of the South Coast or Studland's nature reserve are half an hour away. A little further afield are Salisbury, Poole, Rockbourne, Winchester and many picturesque Dorset villages, all of which you can visit in a day and still be back for dinner.
