It's located on a working dairy farm between the ancient Preseli Hills and the stunning Pembrokeshire coast and is home to Joss and Andrew Thomas. They have turned this attractive new build, clad with Welsh stone, into a 5-star luxury bed & breakfast which stands out from the crowd in so many ways. The interiors are classically decorated. Bedrooms are fresh with pretty fabrics and there's the crispest white linen on the king-sized beds. There are flat screen TVs, DVD players, Wi-Fi - and fresh flowers. Bathrooms are spacious and come with luxury toiletries. Joss is a qualified Cordon Bleu cook and worked for many years as a private chef for some global corporations and famous households. Her passionate cooking is in a class of its own and menus are determined on the day with guest consultation. For breakfast there is home-made granola, bacon fritters and maple syrup and a traditional Welsh breakfast, with award winning sausages, cooked on an Aga - all eaten off the finest white china. If that's breakfast just imagine what's served for dinner. The Paddock provides a marvellously unpretentious farmhouse holiday which is very good value for money. Combine all this with expansive sandy beaches, castles and iron age forts, wildlife and walking and you have a perfect escape.
