Enchanting escape in the heart of the Cotswolds

Moreton-in-Marsh is one of the most picture perfect villages in all England. The Manor House stands on its ancient High Street - completing a string of handsome honey-coloured Cotswolds sandstone buildings brimming with character and history. Whilst the Manor House has offered hospitality for centuries its classical setting has had a sophisticated contemporary makeover. You will find a clever blend of period pieces and modern designer fabrics and furnishings. There's an authentic English country house feel throughout - it's unstuffy, truly comfortable and the staff are outstanding. Bedrooms are luxurious and delightfully restful - Molton Brown is generously supplied in the bathrooms. The new Apple Cottage Suite is equipped not only with an i-Pod docking station but its own private outdoor hot tub too. The Mulberry Restaurant, named after their 300-year old tree in the garden, is known locally as a lively and sociable place to be. The menu has many Cotswold influences, yet the dishes are of the moment and are stylishly presented and the ingredients are locally sourced. The Beagle Bar and Brasserie is also a lovely place for informal dining, afternoon tea and delicious cocktails.
