Having taken the original building back to its shell, the venue has been completely re-fitted and largely rebuilt. Fifteen luxury bedrooms have been added, each named after a famous fishing port from around the world. Each room offers a different experience, yet in each one you'll find the best Egyptian cotton bed linen, wide screen TVs and every contemporary comfort imaginable. The Italian marble bathrooms have high ceilings and are very spacious. The grounds have been extensively landscaped and include six large secluded hot tubs available for rental, each set in their own private pagoda, complete with flat screen TV and champagne fridge, as well as a steam room and sauna. Head Chef Alan Gleeson produces stunning food - a blend of fine dining and masculine eating, using only the freshest ingredients. The elegant restaurant features Italian chandeliers and hanging wall art by John Holt, and the ultra atmospheric bar boasts a show stopping crustacean counter, low ceilings and a 300 year old French fireplace. The Fish House is set to redefine elegant indulgence, operating at the highest of standards.
