The elevated views over Carmarthen Bay are second to none and you would be seriously forgiven for not wanting to leave the hotel during your stay! Each of the 46 rooms is individually styled, the bathrooms are oh so tasty and many of the bedrooms have a sea view and balcony. There are what they simply describe as good, better and best rooms within the hotel and six two-bedroom luxury apartments just outside the main building. The Cliff Restaurant, with its dramatic views and inventive menu, features the best of local Pembrokeshire produce, cooked to bring out the natural flavours.The chefs really do know a thing or two, whether it's cooking fillet of Black Bream with a samphire butter sauce or a succulent prime fillet of Welsh beef. At the heart of the hotel lies the fabulous Marine Spa, where you can relax in the double treatment room and wet relaxation lounge overlooking the Bay. Many treatments feature natural marine products such as seaweed, mud and clay.The hydro-pool is just magical. History surrounds this beautiful part of Wales - ancient castles which defended Pembrokeshire, the nearby medieval walled town of Tenby, elegant and majestic churches and notorious inlets where the Vikings landed and smugglers plied their trade.
