'It's really a country house with country house cooking', says Kathleen O'Sullivan, who owns and runs the hotel. She has a nose for good wine, so it stands to reason the cellar is also a veritable treasure trove!
She also has an eye for beauty, and her splendid collection of antiques is displayed throughout the house and in the charming, well-appointed bedrooms - it is, after all, her home. What makes it so special is that so many of her guests have been encouraged to call it theirs, too!
