Guests dine sumptuously in the 16th century oak-panelled, two AA Rosette Bridge Restaurant, where the award-winning kitchen creates traditional British cuisine with local ingredients and a modern twist. The Terrace Brasserie is equally tempting with its home cooked favourites and view of the moat and surrounding grounds. New Hall features extensively wooded grounds with walks, a croquet lawn, a flood-lit all-weather tennis court.
