Celebrating 25 years in business, this is a stylish home for Dan Mullane's famous restaurant and luxury country house accommodation. Dan's impeccable taste is reflected both on the dinner menu and throughout the house with his collection of art, furniture and treasures from his trips around the world. Guests are welcomed for dinner with an overnight stay in one of the 16 bedrooms, all beautifully decorated and furnished. There are seven acres of lawns, pleasure grounds and, above all, peace; inside, the library has an unusual and excellent book collection. The restaurant is memorable. Great care is taken to source ingredients from the best of Ireland's organic farms and cheesemakers, and the herbs are grown in the garden. The menu is made up of the delightful flavour of the very best of Irish cuisine, both traditional and modern, and is complemented by a serious wine list. Peaceful countryside with opportunities for delightful walks is all around, and the air is enchanting. For those with an interest in sport, cycling, five golf courses, angling and horse riding are within the locality.
