An historic Grade-I listed mansion, Luton Hoo has played host to royalty and dignitaries throughout the centuries. Painstakingly restored to its former glory, this wonderful property now stands proud as one of the country's flagship five star hotels. Boasting over 1,000 acres of parklands designed by Capability Brown, the magnificent grounds comprise formal gardens, woodland trails, all-weather and Victorian lawn tennis courts plus an 18-hole golf course. The Spa at Luton Hoo offers peace and tranquillity in luxurious surroundings, with six treatment rooms, vitality and infinity pools as well as fitness studio, and The 19th and Adam's bars are on hand for further refreshment. Wernher Restaurant is the place for exquisite fine dining. This former state dining room features award winning cuisine, with rich furnishings and tapestries setting the mood. For less formal dining the Adam's Brasserie is a short walk from the mansion house; its walls lined with stills from films shot on location at Luton Hoo. The opulent bedrooms, divided over several wings and buildings, are beautifully furnished with individual charm and character. A further 84 bedrooms are available in the exclusive use venue Warren Weir, at the foot of the estate on the banks of the river Lea. Ideal for weddings, conferences and meetings, Warren Weir, with an arts and crafts era design, gives off the style of a quaint English village setting and also contains five function rooms and its own leisure facilities.
