More About Hotel La Tour
oldest house in St Aubin's high street and one of the island's most stunning contemporary venues. Its setting, St Aubin, was once a busy merchants' port; today, it's home to picturesque scenery.
That's not to say, however, that the hotel's only attraction lies in its present-day charm; there's a wealth of history to uncover here, too. La Tour was once without its tower, and under the moniker of La Maison Martell, was home to a relative of Jean Martell of cognac fame. Since then, it's been a boys' school, a handful of hotels and the subject of no fewer than a dozen changes of ownership - today, though, with its dazzling bedrooms and eclectic cuisine, the Hotel La Tour is in no danger of any such drastic changes.
The 31 bedrooms stretch out over three floors, offering an exciting mix of the historic and the contemporary with fantastic add-ins like Jacuzzi baths, four-poster beds and even private terraces - and most have sea views.
