Affordable contemporary chic just off Brighton's sea front

At last a stylish place to stay in central Brighton that won't break the bank. This elegant Georgian townhouse is situated in a handsome terrace just around the corner from the Marine Parade and Brighton's famous pier. A recent refurbishment programme has created a very chic and contemporary interior - with some baroque influences. It is unfussy with clean lines and natural materials and, of course, plenty of bright light from the large bay windows. The spacious bedrooms are decorated in restful shades and are furnished to a very high standard. Rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs, complete with 45 channels, and Wi-Fi is also available. Some rooms have sea views. There are many interesting original artworks throughout the house as well as some fun murals. The New Steine Bistro, located in the sister hotel two doors down, is an authentic Parisian bistro and the recipient of the AA's Breakfast and Dinner Award. Breakfast is very generous with most of the ingredients coming from a local Sussex farmer. This hip and happening bed and breakfast seamlessly fits into the Brighton scene.
