This gorgeous Gothic Style Grade II listed building dates back to 1706. The name might suggest it's a farm, but there's not a tractor or cow in sight! Set in two acres, in the lovely village of Betws-yn-Rhos, just ten minutes off the A55, the property has been lovingly and expertly refurbished by Jeremy and Carolyn Platt. Their home is all about rest and relaxation in beautiful surroundings. The hall has an imposing staircase and large sofas. In the drawing room there are more large sofas and loads of books to read. The honesty bar is well stocked and the choice of wines...... well Jeremy has worked in the wine trade for the past 26 years and knows a thing or two about the grape, but without being pretentious. The seven bedrooms have been designed and furnished to a very high standard, all have the luxurious comfort you would expect in a magnificent country house. All rooms have flat screen TV, DVD, broadband access, safe, iron, robes, slippers and hairdryer. Each is named after a wine region, reflecting of course, their passion and enthusiasm for wine: Champagne, Tuscany, Provence, Burgundy, Cape, Rioja and Chile. They all have ensuite facilities and oodles of fluffy towels, with one ground floor room offering easy access. All in all, an idyllic location ideal for exploring the beautiful North Wales countryside.
