No two guestrooms are alike, but each benefit from custom-made Harrison and Gil furniture, vintage silver and crystal, Belleek pottery, and black and white photography by Philip Pankov. Needless to say, the memory foam Seventh Heaven beds are first rate and dressed in the finest Italian lavender-scented frette linens. You can even choose your own pillow from a menu. Plasma screen TVs, iPods, complimentary wireless Internet, spacious showers, a movie menu, custom bath product menu and a well stocked minibar complete these beautiful bedrooms. The Still restaurant and Dylanbar offer two different dining choices. Executive Chef Padraic Hayden, formerly of One Pico, creates imaginative contemporary Irish menus served in the tranquil all-white Still, alongside over 230 varieties of wine overseen by sommelier Camilla Guidolin. Conversely, the large pewter bar of Dylanbar is a colourful and vibrant spot where you can choose from a long list of bespoke cocktails. For special events, dining and meetings, the Dylan offers a private space with state-of-the-art audio, visual and telecommunications facilities, that seats up to twelve. Bigger isn't always better.
