Set in 96 acres of breathtaking countryside in Co Wicklow, Derrybawn is an oasis of luxurious calm nestled in the Avonmore Valley on the edge of Glendalough National Park. Built in 1728 in the style of a grand Italian villa, this elegant house retains all the charm of a stunning stately home.

Guests can choose from a variety of dining experiences, from a formal dinner in the elegantly classic Dining Room to a simple home-cooking meal prepared and enjoyed in the country kitchen.

During the day, relax in the games room, or take one of the beautiful hill walks which begin a few feet from the front door. Golf is another option, with many excellent courses and Ryder Cup winner Eamon Darcy's Golf Clinic available nearby. The surrounding area is full of breathtaking scenery, with the pristine Lakes of Glendalough just down the road. A morning stroll, lunch at noon in the courtyard, or a game of golf on the green in the afternoon are accompanied only by the serene sounds of nature.
