The range of suites and bedroom are all wonderfully comfortable, and most have spectacular views of the mountains and lakes. Luxury rules throughout, and for those who like period style room, four-poster beds are available. Love bubbles? Pick one with a spa bath - or order a bottle of house champagne. Each room is unique, thoughtfully decorated to a very high standard, and includes flat screen TV, DVD player and ipod doc. Cedar Manor Restaurant has gained a reputation in the industry for consistently high quality cuisine. As far as possible the chef uses locally sourced ingredients to create an exciting, fusion style menu that changes with the seasons.
