The cooked-to-order breakfasts are much celebrated, especially the wonderful porridge and homemade conserves, and you can even try their breakfast whisky. The award-winning restaurant uses local Scottish produce cooked with great skill and imagination, complemented by a carefully chosen wine list. For after dinner, the oak panelled bar carries a fine collection of single malt whiskies, as well as real ale and cask conditioned beer and cider.
