Arrive on a Friday evening and prepare for a jam-packed weekend with training opportunities in each of the 3 elements that make up a triathlon – swimming, cycling and running.
Starting with swimming techniques session at Knockranny’s Spa Salveo Vitality Pool and next a guided 20k bike ride were the coach will assess the level and skill of each rider including giving tips on riding correctly and safely in a group.
Each day sessions will also include a bootcamp in the Knockranny grounds, and a run/jog on a beautiful local Blue Flag beach.
Included in the weekend events are seminars on nutrition and how to achieve the optimal training effects, all given by fitness experts They use their unique assessment system to tell you exactly what to eat and drink and how to strengthen and stabilize your body, making you feel and move better.
