Carpeted with daffodils and bluebells in spring, its rhododendrons, azaleas and spring garden are spectacular in early summer. Cool tree-lined paths and lake reflections make it perfect for a stroll in high summer and the garden is ablaze with colour from its rare trees and shrubs in autumn. Opening Times: Jan & Feb: Sat & Sun only, 10.30am - 4pm. Mar: Tue - Sun, 10.30am - 4pm or sunset if earlier. 1 Apr - 31 Oct: Tue - Sun & BH Mons: 10.30am - 6pm. 2 Nov - 23 Dec: Tue - Sun, 10.30am - 4pm. Last admission 1 hr before closing
