A beautiful sub-tropical garden
A sub-tropical garden with rare and tender plants thriving in the mild climate and spectacular views over the Salcombe Estuary. In the Edwardian house are curios such as a polyphon and rejuvenating machine and displays on the maritime history and wildlife of the area. There is also a secret room for children, with dolls, tin soldiers, other toys and a ghost hunt. Opening Times: Museum: 28 Mar - 31 July, Sept: Sun - Fri. 11am - 5.30pm. August, daily, 11am - 5.30pm. October, Sun - Thur, 11am - 5pm. Garden: All year: daily, 10am - 8pm. Note: solar eclipse 11 Aug. Property will open at later time of 12 noon
