Macduff Marine Aquarium

Macduff Marine Aquarium is Europe's deepest aquarium and at Macduff on the Scotland's Moray Firth Coast, it promises to be unique. It has one of the deepest viewing windows of any British aquarium and the main tank design will allow for the creation of a living kelp reef - another British first. As well as the centre-piece main tank, there are 14 other tanks to view including a "surge" tank replicating wave action in a rock pool, touch tanks for the children to fiddle around in, and a ray pool, where the flatfish and rays should become very friendly.
