180 acre woodland & water garden with private broad in the beautiful Norfolk Broads.

The largest collection of naturalised candelabra primula in England. Over 90 recorded species of birds, many rare plants and shrubs. Special times to visit the gardens include, `primrose weeks' during April, `candelabra primula weeks' last two weeks in May, `Autumn Colours' October. Children's nature trail, boat trips. Bird sanctuary. Opening Times: All year (from 14 Feb): daily (except 25 Dec), 10am - 5pm, from May - Aug: Wed & Thur evenings until 9pm
