A vivid insight into the life of South Wales miners
The Museum offers a vivid insight into the life of South Wales miners and their communities. Ex-miners take visitors, equipped with helmets, down 300 feet for a guided underground tour of the coalface. Visitors can also learn of the methods of coal extraction at the Mining Gallery.
