A fully restored work of art by scotland's leading gothic- revival architect.
Built in 1846 by the Mitchell-Innes family and designed by the architect James Gillespie Graham. Over the last ten years it has been fully restored and is now a
family home. It is a unique restoration project and the quality of the original and restored workmanship is outstanding. The castle stands on an escarpment
surrounded by mature woodlands containing many interesting trees and has been a film-making venue due to this magnificent setting.
