The Tudor Hall surrounded by its wide moat is set in a 400 acre deer park. Two superb gardens, one surrounded by its own moat and walls extends to several acres and has wide herbaceous borders and an immaculate kitchen garden. The second enclosed within yew hedges, has a special rose garden with a herb and knot garden containing plants grown in England before 1750. Historic Houses Association Member. Opening Times: Gardens only: 25 Apr - 5 Sept, Suns only, 2 - 6pm. For groups (30+) by appointment on Weds, between these dates, 2 - 5pm
