A delightful late 17th century merchant's house

A delightful late 17th century merchant's house, set among the winding streets of Old Hampstead. The charming interior contains an outstanding collection of Oriental and European porcelain, needlework and furniture. The Benton Fletcher Collection of beautiful early keyboard instruments is also housed at Fenton and the instruments are sometimes played by music scholars during opening hours. The walled garden has a formal lawn and walks, an orchard and vegetable garden and fine wrought-iron gates. Opening Times: 6 Mar - 4 Apr: Sat & Sun, 2 - 5pm. 7 Apr - 31 Oct: Sat, Sun & BH Mon, 11am - 5pm, Wed, Thur & Fri, 2 - 5pm. Last admission 30 mins before closing. Parties received at other times by appointment
